Scope of Services #1
Treatment Plant Tank & Confined Space Cleaning
Routine and corrective cleaning helps maintain the performance and reliability of treatment plant systems. Our team provides specialized cleaning and maintenance for tanks, basins, and process areas, with careful planning around access, staging, and operational constraints to minimize disruption.
Services include tank cleanouts, debris and sludge removal, and entry into crawl spaces and manholes for inspection and cleaning. Our personnel are confined space (crawl space/manhole) certified, ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with plant and safety regulations while coordinating closely with plant staff.
Scope of Services #2
F5 Tornado Deep Cleaning
The F5 Tornado provides deep cleaning for lift stations, aeration basins, and digesters at depths of up to 80 vertical feet. It removes rags, grit, sand, sludge, and other debris from areas where buildup can restrict performance and make routine cleanouts difficult.
Our crews plan access and material removal around each facility's conditions, bringing the F5 Tornado into broader treatment plant cleaning and maintenance projects as needed.
Scope of Services #3
Total Plant Cleanouts & System-Wide Maintenance
Magna-Flow performs comprehensive plant cleanouts, addressing all major process areas from headworks through final treatment. Our crews clean channels, clarifiers, aeration basins, digesters, and associated structures to remove accumulated debris, sludge, grease, and buildup.
Work is planned and executed in coordination with plant operations to maintain system functionality while sections are taken offline, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing treatment processes.
Scope of Services #4
Solids Handling, Hauling Coordination, and Documentation
Plant cleanouts often generate solids and liquids that require coordinated handling and transport. We align staging, haul routes, and documentation to keep projects organized and compliance-ready.
Documentation may include load tickets, receiving records, and project notes per facility requirements.
